I Think my Job is Safe

I know I’m about the 3 millionth blogger to throw up some old photos like these, but hey… it’s cold outside today.

Remember the candlelit vigils a few years ago when millions of Koreans took to the streets in a national mass panic about the threat of Mad Cow Disease coming in from the US? Apparently some of the ajummas weren’t completely turned off by the idea. I like the caption…

If you were worried about the threat posed by American beef, there were plenty of other choices to choose from.

The city of course caters to all tastes.

Or, if you want to relax you can get out of town and take the kids to one of the many festivals!

The kids often wear interesting clothes to school. Ok, so they’re young but perhaps their parents might know better than to dress them up like this…

Often the kids’ shirts are just plain weird.

Or cute…

A few more shirts. There’s really no end to this kind of stuff…

And some are just so inexplicably offensive I decided not to post the pictures of them…

Mine, too. If not, I will start making T-shirts.
